As our products and services are virtual in scope it impractical to offer a refund once a service has been completed or a product has been downloaded. If however, work has not begun on your purchased service or has yet to be accepted for service you may request a refund by contacting me at If you have purchased a virtual product for download – we do not offer refunds except for extenuating circumstances. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any service that has not be completed or is only partially complete.
  • Any product that is not compatible with your version of WordPress.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
